L'Eau qui Dort

A very young wine merchant project led by Lisa Le Postec and Paul Aublet-Cuvelier, launched only in 2021.

They buy grapes locally, in Auvergne, in the south of France, but also do not hesitate to go beyond our borders, to Italy or Catalonia.

Key words: flexibility and creativity. From original blends to single-vineyard cuvées, they do not forbid themselves, always with the desire to offer pure, sincere wines, but not devoid of character.

In a few years' time, they should be able to vinify their own grapes, since they have each acquired vineyard land on their own...
