This IPA is intensely hot-hopped with Comet (FR) and Mandarina Bavaria and dry-hopped with Chinook (FR), Comet (FR) and Hallertau Blanc (DE) during its 8-month barrel ageing. This long maturation with hops, brett and bacteria, typical of British Stock Ales, gives it a rustic dryness and characteristic hop character.
