We are dealing here with an experimental vintage!

Each year, the wine is made from a different plot, according to Maya and Nicolas' wishes, but also to the weather conditions. For this 2021 vintage, a 100% merlot from a single plot. This grape was of a rare quality, there was something to exploit!

The vinification was done in whole bunches: more fruit, and the best of the tannins. It is pure, the nose is floral, it is a wine of great fluidity.
