Made from a 30 year old vineyard on a very mineral plot located at 480m altitude, the wine is chiseled, very drinkable but not lacking in structure. A superb Gamay, fresh, untouched, but which remains straight in its boots. To be drunk now but will be even more beautiful in 2-3 years.
