Cuvée Paul was blended in February 2022 in honor of Marie-Catherine Tilquin-Rousseaux, Pierre's mother, with 40% 1-year-old lambics, 30% 2-year-old lambics and 30% 3-year-old lambics, all matured in oak barrels. This beer has been refermented and kept in the bottle for 1 year.
