Olla refers to the territory in which Tom harvested his grapes for this cuvée, from old Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir and Macabeu vines. They were fermented in whole bunches for 2 weeks in concrete vats, followed by aging for 8 months.

A Red structured, with notes of strawberry, a slightly earthy side and a nice acidity. A vintage that worthily represents the Catalan terroir.
