Cider made from indigenous fermentation and matured for a year in oak barrels on the lees of toasted Savagnin grapes. It was then matured for a year in bottles.
A dry cider, finely sparkling, light and slightly acidic, with a vinous side and delicate flavours from Jura grapes.
