    After training as an oenologist and an apprenticeship at the Cantillon brewery, Aymeric Tissot set up his brewery in the center of Besançon with the objective of making naturally fermented beers.

    The affiliation with the family estate, Mireille and André Tissot, allows him to obtain magnificent barrels for his maturation, as well as grapes, marcs and wine lees that allow him to sublimate his vintages.
