The Lutetian is represented by a deposit of calcareous sand, rich in shell fossils, evidence of a tropical sea. This sea of ​​the Paris basin extended as far as Champagne.

Grapes from the Vandières terroirs. A passage of 12 months in barrels on lees, drawing carried out in September 2021 and disgorging in January 2025. 

A marine aromatic profile, also with notes of citrus and apple. On the palate, we discover a tense and vibrant wine of great purity.
