A blend of spontaneously fermented beers aged 1, 2 and 3 years, produced according to the specifications of traditional Belgian beers.

A funky, slightly acidic beer. There are also woody flavours and a delicate bitterness provided by the old-fashioned hops. Lots of finesse and length.
