Septante-Deux

The Septante-Deux brewery is located in Le Mans. It brews all kinds of beers, but Maxime, the brewer, has kept a special interest in spontaneously fermented beers, particularly since a training period at the Cantillon brewery.

So he decided to make his own spontaneously fermented beers, and it was a good thing he did, because after tasting his products, we were won over by his first creations!
