Yannick himself describes this wine as a "bistro wine".

Made from a blend of its vines hailed on clay: 35% Auxerrois, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Gris and a hint of Muscat to complete. The whole is aged in closed vats for 11 months.

A maceration of great freshness, with a beautiful acidity, a slight perlance, and slightly smoky notes. A complex and very elegant wine that drinks itself. Superb!
