This 2022 vintage of Tommie Sjef puts white grape varieties in the spotlight!

This Cuvée is a blend of beers macerated on Pinot Blanc grapes, beers macerated on Muscat grapes and a portion of wine from Olasz Rizling grapes.

It has aromas of elderflower, tangerine and honey. The tasting allows to discover a wild beer, but also fruity: melon, lychee, apricot. A relatively frank acidity and a dry final bring a nice structure.
