A chenin from a north-facing plot in Mozé-sur-Louet planted on shale. Fermentation took place in barrels and aging lasted 24 months (12 months in wood, 9 in vats, 3 in bottle).

Remarkable tension! You can smell stones, and also a hint of salinity, it's fine and very elegant. A truly great wine.
