This vintage is the blend of two open fermentation beers, aged in oak barrels, one for 4 years and the other for 1 year.

The marcs and Pinot Meunier must from the Gamin du Terroir vines (cuvée of Romain Hénin).

The marc provides the tannins, structure and fruity imprint. The must restarts a slow fermentation which deeply transforms the beer.

What comes out is both wild beer and natural wine: a border zone which gives its name to the vintage.
