A unique vintage born from the assembly of 3 open fermentation beers respectively brewed in 2020, 2021 and 2022, then aged in wine barrels Red for 3 to 5 years.

As a final touch, an addition of 3 carefully selected peppers: Sao Tomé white pepper, pepper Red Bolovens (Laos) and Tellicherry black pepper (India).
