An extra-brut cider made from apples grown in land d'Othe, a region of wooded hills forming part of the Paris basin.

The aging took place in oak barrels, which gives a beautiful structure and complexity.

The bubbles are fine, the nose expresses itself on ripe apple, vanilla and sweet spices. The mouth is dry, precise and the entire tasting is carried out on a framework of refreshing acidity.
