An extra-raw cider from apples grown in land d'Othe, a region of wooded hills that is part of the Paris basin.

The breeding was done in oak lightning, which gives a beautiful structure and a nice complexity.

The bubbles are fine, the nose is expressed on ripe apple, vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is dry, precise and the whole tasting is done on a frame of refreshing acidity.
