A vintage born from a love for beets. A vegetable that can be rather divisive.

To obtain the most pleasant and accessible result possible, a 100% beet wine was first produced. The juice then fermented in cider barrels.

The result is very nice! Already visually, with a beautiful dress Red purplish. And in the mouth, we discover a slight effervescence. The beetroot is magnified, and light notes of blackcurrant are expressed.
