A vintage born from a long journey...

One of the first blends Pellicle made was a sparkling rhubarb wine. Two remaining 2022 barrels from this production served as a starting point.

This wine was blended with Gorsem variety cherry skins. After a year of aging, the whole was bottled.

The result is a natural sparkling fruit with notes of cherry, but also rhubarb, rose, almond, cinnamon. In short, a UFO full of flavors!
