A cider made from 50% Pomme d'Or apples, Pellicle's favorite variety, and 50% cider aged in calvados and marsala barrels, in equal parts.

The astringency of the apple is balanced by winey notes, for a subtle and very pleasant balance. Light sparkle and pleasure throughout the tasting.
