Blanc de noir from a direct press of trousseau, star grape variety of Jura. The grapes were grown on iridescent marl from the Triassic (locality “En Trouillot Bâtard” in Poligny).

The fruit expresses itself brilliantly. The palate is ample and silky, with fine tannins and a lovely freshness. The finish is long and slightly peppery.

Very pretty bottle.
