A 100% Pinot Noir macerated for 2 weeks mainly in whole bunches then aged in vats. The grapes were grown on iridescent marl in the Triassic region (locality “En Trouillot Bâtard” in Poligny).

On the nose, the markers of the grape variety are there: fruits Red, hint of spices. When tasting, we discover a wine with a silky, juicy and elegant profile.

All in all, we are on a Red light and vibrant that we take great pleasure in sharing.
