Gewurztraminer from the granite soils of Dambach la Ville. Maceration for 5 days in destemmed grapes. Harvested early, fresh maceration and little extraction.

A powerful aromatic nose, typical of Gewurztraminer. Exotic notes but a marked freshness which makes the vintage very digestible and balanced.
