Gewurztraminer from the granite soils of Dambach la Ville. Maceration for 5 days in destemmed harvests. Harvested early, fresh maceration and little extraction.

A nose with a powerful aromatic, typical of Gewurztraminer. Exotic notes but a marked freshness that makes the cuvée very digestible and balanced.
