A 100% Picpoul from a clay-limestone terroir of Marseillan, a town located on the edge of the Thau Bassin.

On the vinification side: a long and gentle direct pressing then aging in stoneware jars for 8 months.

The nose is marked by pineapple, but also grapefruit and fresh herbs. On the palate, the wine is iodized, lemony, mineral. Great freshness!
