100% Ugni Blanc from sandy-limestone soils of Aspiran, in the Hérault valley.

The grapes were destemmed, macerated for 51 days in vats then aged in stoneware eggs for 11 months.

The aroma is powerful, with aromas of quince and tarte tatin. The palate is ample, long but also mineral and with a little caramel side. Great aging potential for this vintage.
