A rosé made from 70% Bourboulenc and 30% Carignan from the Adissan terroirs, in the Hérault valley.

The grapes were destemmed, macerated for 56 days in stoneware jars then aged in stoneware vats for 9 months.

We are on a dark rosé, almost Red, with a captivating aroma of red fruits. The palate is also marked by strawberries, cherries but also hay. And as always with Anthony's wines, we find a clear minerality and a stone side.

Cuvée with good aging potential.
