A blond beer matured in barrels using the solera method without topping up since 2013.

This cuvée 2023 is in the same vein as its predecessors: a delicious UFO in the beer world, with flavours that draw on the oxidative notes of yellow wine. There are hints of walnut, a vinous profile and delicate acidity.
