Grapes harvested by hand and vinified in whole bunches followed by gentle maceration and aging in amphorae and half barrels.

The nose expresses itself on the fruit Red and the violet and on the palate, we discover a velvety, easy-drinking, fluid wine, with a beautiful acidity, and with that little extra something that certain Gamays from Auvergne can reserve for us. Honestly, pure pleasure.
