A series of vintages with initials led by Patrick and Justine, and this time, the P vintage!

P for Pinot Noir, which comes from the basalt-soil plateau of Gergovie. The grapes were whole-cluster macerated in stainless steel tanks. The Auvergne terroir is very much present, to our great delight.

Mineral, complex, smooth, and even more enticing if you take the time to decant it.
