A pure gamay from Auvergne coming from vines aged 80 years on volcanic soils vinified in semi-carbonic and aged in amphorae.

An intense color, a spicy aroma and a deep and at the same time mineral juice. A wine with great character which will reveal its potential even better with a small decanting.
