Inspired by the famous liqueurs, this sour and bitter beer was aged in barrels for 19 months.

The gentian root brings beautiful herbaceous flavors. These are harmoniously completed by the contribution of other plants: Hogweed, Swamp Myrtle, and Lemon Verbena.
