Poiré brut (20gr residual) whose acidulous fruits come from 200 years old pear trees. This cuvée has been aged for one year in bottles before disgorging without the addition of liqueur or sulfur.

It reveals primary aromas of pears, not very marked in the mouth, leaving more room for secondary aromas of pink grapefruit, wild blackberries and pear brandy.

Beautiful minerality and great delicacy.
