90% Gamay and 10% Noirfleurien (a local grape variety from Auvergne), both from old vines on volcanic, basalt and clay soils.Vinif side: whole clusters in semi-carbon maceration, then a 6-month farm in stainless steel tank.

The red fruits prevail in the nose, then follow pleasant peppery notes. A superb bewitching, subtle and airy cuvée.
