Made from barley and wheat, this wild beer naturally fermented in a cask for 8 months on lees of riesling and pinot noir from the Sons of Wine estate.

A spicy and floral aroma, but also with vinous notes. On the palate, you find a smooth beer, with lemony acidity and a mineral finish.
