Beer from a blend of 60% mixed fermentation wheat beer barreled for 30 months and 40% wild beer fermented entirely in barrels for 20 months.

After blending, this beer received a light dry-hopping with sabro hops.

A beer with nice acidity, fruity aromas and touches of vanilla.
