Naturally fermented beer on Pinot Noir Marcs from Stéphane Cyran Acratus Cuvée. The native yeasts of the berries made it possible to fully ferment in lightning a must made up of barley malts, wheat and rye.

After 8 months of infusion, beer has developed a vinous character, a pretty dress, and beautiful flavors of fruits of wood and red grapes.

Initiated by Liquidrie, the Deviation project aims to present in a cuvée the meeting between a winemaker and a brewery.
