Blend of 3 grape varieties: pinot noir, gamay and chardonnay. The first two were fermented in whole clusters and the last was processed in a direct press. They then fermented together in concrete vats and then were aged in oak barrels for more than a year.

The grapes come from the estate's different plots, located between 380 and 450 m above sea level, on volcanic soils typical of Auvergne. A geology which gives a marked minerality and tension.

A wine that expresses itself on the fruit Red, which is flexible, precise and energetic!
