A co-fermentation of Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin which were macerated for 6 weeks before aging in vats.

The grapes come from 70-year-old vines and Lias marl soils from the place called La Mailloche.

We are on a wine Red very light, atypical, energetic and with a very fresh plot. A salty tension punctuates the entire tasting. A free wine like Alice knows how to make so well.
