A 100% Chardonnay for this cuvée which takes its name from The daughter of the Queen of the Night, in the opera "The Enchanted Flute" of Mozart.

Breeding for a year and a half in barrels for this wine with powerful aromatic on white flowers. On the palate, gluttony with a vanilla touch and a fat that lines the palate. But the whole is superbly balanced by a beautiful acidity that comes at the right time.
