WIDR! is a series of vintages where Cyril Zangs blends his cider with natural wines from partner winemakers.

For this #1, it is a 50/50 blend of a wine from Domaine de l'Au-Delà in Alsace and a cider from the estate. The aromas and freshness of the apple merge into this intense juice of spiced black fruits, and it is very good!
