This vintage is named in relation to the beginning of Cyprien's work with pears. The fruits come from Domfrontais, in Orne, they were hand-picked and pressed by Cyprien and one of his friends. 

A pear cider of beautiful finesse, tangy, floral, dry, and fruity. We recommend it as an aperitif or with seafood.
