Blend of a Grenache dip and a maceration of Cinsault and Carignan in whole clusters for approximately 10 days.

For this 2023 vintage, the aging took place in stainless steel vats for a period of 7 months then in Italian casks for 8 months.

A vintage that is at once elegant, crunchy and spicy; and a long finish. Can be kept for a few years to express its full potential.
