Druif Pinot Gris assemblage n°61: bottled in 2023, this beer is made by macerating bunches of Pinot Gris on 2 and 3 year-old lambics.

This cuvée is the result of a collaboration with the German Harth+Harth estate, one of the most progressive in terms of non-intervention in the vineyard.
