Druif Kriek/Dornfelder assemblage n°28: this beer, bottled in August 2022, is a blend of 22% Dornfelder grape lambic and 78% cherry lambic. 

The lambics used are 2 and 3 years old and the fruit has been macerated for an average of 6 months.

A well-balanced fruity delight.
