The DOESJEL (Blend n ° 85) is an assembly of lambics of 1, 2 and 3 years which has not closed in bottles due to the largest proportion of older Lambics. This beer therefore does not make bubbles.

It expresses vineyard, funky and farm flavors, of apple, and is raised by a thin acidity.
