This saison (blend 4) is from a blend of four extra pale ales brewed in 2019 and 2020 that were matured in Bourbon and cider barrels. The rustic character is affirmed by the presence of several grains: corn, wheat, oats and rice.

This creamy, funky, cereal and tart beer is a nice introduction to discover the brewery's expertise.
