Aoltbeer is the beer historically brewed in Münster. This version has been matured in wine barrels in a sour style. Red for 12 months. The brewer added mirabelle plums from a nearby orchard to this beer, which he picked himself. We find fruity notes, from the stone to the jam, which balance wonderfully with the acidity of the beer.
