On the vinification side: a direct press, and sorting of the second clarified presses (meaning clarified), then finally, aging on slats for 5 months.

A very gentle nose, on fruits and white flowers. Very spring-like. The tasting is lively and delicious, it offers a fine bubble and nice length on the stone. We're getting closer!
