Grape from a plot from the northern slope of Puy de Corent, located at 450m above sea level. Fermentation in concrete tank.

A very fresh cuvée, on raspberry notes, slightly peppery. Fluid and presenting a beautiful liveliness, a superb Gamay of Auvergne at a very low price!
